CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

The following conditions are those that are applied by Vilamoura-Villas in accepting a client for the purpose of renting an apartment or villa.

1) Check-in: Only as from 16.00 hrs.
Check out: Until 10:00 hrs.

2) The check-in has to be made in our Reception Office in Vilamoura

3) Reception Hours of our Office in Vilamoura:
- from 09.30 to 13.00 hrs.
- from 14.30 to 19.00 hrs.

4) If the Check-in has to be made outside the normal hours indicated in Point.

(3) above, then Vilamoura-Villas will be pleased to arrange a more suitably convenient time by prior arrangement.

5) Under no circumstances (unless with our prior agreement), must the apartment or villa be occupied by more persons that that indicated in our rental agreement.

6) No personal pets allowed in the property.

7) Reservations accepted under the following conditions:
- Deposit of 50% of the total sum on confirmation of reservation.
- Balance of sum upon effecting Check-in

8) Method of acceptable payment:
- Bank Transfer
- Bank Guaranteed Cheque
- Cash

9) Prices quoted by Vilamoura- Villas include the following:
- Daily cleaning (with exception of weekends and Public Holiday)
- Changing of bed linen once a week
- Changing of towels twice a week
- General maintenance (villa pools and gardens)

In the event of the above agreed conditions not being maintained for reasons outside the control of Vilamoura-Villas, we reserve the right to make any required adjustments so as to correct the situation and ensuring that our clients receive the contracted level of service.
